Odumodublvck announces N1m giveaway amid backlash for visiting Tinubu’s Son

Nigerian rap star, Tochukwu Ojogwu popularly known as Odumodublvck is set to coordinate a N1 million giveaway for fans on social media.

This is coming after the ‘Eziokwu’ crooner faced heavy backlash following a recent linkup with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu.

CorrectNG reported earlier that Odumodublvck and his record label boss, Teezee, paid a courtesy visit to Seyi Tinubu and made a video which stirred reactions.

The ‘Declan Rice’ crooner was asking the president’s son to show off his expensive Van Cleef bracelet and shirt customised with his initials S.T.

“Make them first see the hand, make them first see am, make e no be like say, [Laughs] come on,” Odumodublvck said repeatedly.

CorrectNG recalls how Odumodu disclosed last year that he supported Labour Party’s candidate in the presidential election, Peter Obi. The musician had also turned down an invitation to perform at President Tinubu’s inauguration concert organised by APC.

But the linkup generated outrage as Nigerians condemned the rap star for claiming to be ‘against the establishment’ online and in his music whereas in reality, he fraternises with them.

Odumodu later called on netizens to participate in a challenge to prove they are his fans after which they are to post their bank account details for him to credit them.

The music sensation, who just released a song with Tiwa titled 100 million, jokingly said the songstress will do a N99 million giveaway.

He wrote; “Na Tiwa Dey Do 100 Million Give Away. I Don Talk Say I Go Help Am Do 1 Million Make She Sort Out The Remaining 99million. I Try Abi I No Try?

1 Million For Ten People. Quote This With Your Best “Industry Machine Quote” Then Paste Aza. For Example “Wetin Old Man Dey See While Sitting Down Fit Still Be Rubbish, No Be By Grey Hair”.”
