Instagram skit-maker, BI Bernard has opined that the guaranteed way to make youths get their Permanent Voters Card and vote on election day is for credible young Nigerians to be the ones vying for political offices.
He questioned the youths who are advocating for voter registration and asked if people are still going to vote the same old men that have been in the political terrain for years.
According to him, the Nigerian voting population need a motivating force to compel them to come out and cast their votes on election day.
Bernard said that it would have made more sense if actors and activists like Falz, Mr Macaroni as well as singers, Tubaba and Burna Boy choose a qualified person to run for office.
Sharing a video of him talking, the content creator wrote;
