A Nigerian man has sought restitution by begging for forgiveness for an act of theft he carried out nearly two decades ago in school.
He reached out to his secondary school classmate and confessed that he stole his Agric Science notebook 15 years ago when they were in SS2A at Agboju Secondary in Lagos state.
The guy sent a message to his ex-classmate on WhatsApp and apologised for stealing the book, saying that he lost his own at the time and desperation made him steal.
The owner of the notebook shared a screenshot of the message and wrote;
”After 15 yrs I was asked for forgiveness on stolen notes lol.”
