Man calls EFCC on phone to report ‘fraud’ after seeing kpomo inside shawarma he bought (Video)

A man prank-called the hotline of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) to report a case he termed ‘very fraudulent.’

He revealed that he found kpomo inside the shawarma he bought in Ibadan, Oyo state, so he decided to report the fraud to the EFCC.

A video that surfaced online shows him speaking with an EFCC complaint officer over the phone. The EFCC officer asked for his name , but he chose to pleaded to remain anonymous, saying that he wants to report a very fraudulent case.

When the staff of the anti-graft agency told him to go ahead, he acted as if he wanted to report a serious case only for him to complain about seeing kpomo in his shawarma.

The officer asked if he is aware that he called the EFCC hotline, and he answered in the affirmative saying that he wanted to bring the ‘shawarma fraud’ to their attention.
