Well known Nigerian gospel artiste, Sammie Okposo has died, aged 51.
Sources say the musician passed away in the early hours of Friday, November 25, 2022.
Okposo was said to have slumped and died at his home.
The performer was involved in a marital scandal month ago when a woman claimed to be his baby mama.
Early this year, the internet was abuzz when Okposo took to his verified Instagram page to apologise to his wife, Ozioma after cheating on her with another woman in the United States in an incident that happened in 2021.
Following the scandal, the singer made the decision to take time off from ministration in order retrace his step with God.
He returned back to ministry after a few months of social media silence and music hiatus.
