American businessman and rapper, Shawn Carter aka Jay-Z, has acquired Brazilian football agency TFM Agency, via his company Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI).
It was gathered that the hip-hop mogul completed the acquisition as part of RNSI’s expansion into the South American football market and appointed TFM founder Frederico Pena to head the agency.
TFM Agency is home to global football stars including Vinicius Jr, Martinelli, and Endrick. With the acquisition, the agency has been renamed Roc Nation Sports Brazil, with headquarters in Sao Paulo.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan star, Lautaro Martinez, has revealed that Argentine playmaker, Lionel Messi helped him to become a better player today.
Martinez, who spoke after Inter’s 1-0 defeat over AC Milan, said he learned leadership from Messi, who led Argentina to glory in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The 25-year-old noted that Messi helped him in everything, including impacting leadership skills in him.
He said; This season I have grown so much mentally. I have teammates who help me grow, I learned a lot from Leo Messi, talking to him, he helped me in everything.
Carrying that World Cup in your arms is special, I learned a lot about the leadership from him there. Being a captain is special, today’s evening will remain for a lifetime for me.
