A Nigerian man has lamented over the many challenges facing the country as he declared that the $1,000 (N415k) visa fee will not stop his mission to join the Ukraine army.
Recall that last week, Ukraine, through the Embassy’s Second Secretary, Bohdan Soltys, said that Nigerian volunteers willing to join the country’s forces in its fight against Russia will have to provide $1,000 (N415k) each for their visas and tickets.
An Abuja resident who spoke during Legit TV’s street Vox pop said that Nigeria is nothing to write home about.
According to the man, he prefers to be a slave in Ukraine than to suffer in Nigeria and he would be okay with his wife flying to the European country despite its current crisis.
