Eminem Slams Grammy Voting Process as “Not Genuine

Eminem

Eminem, the well-known rapper and songwriter from the USA, criticized the Grammy Awards in a recent online interview. He claimed that the voting process for the awards is not genuine.

The 67th Grammy Awards happened on Sunday, January 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, even with the recent wildfires affecting parts of the city.

Eminem, the rapper from the USA, reacted to the Grammy Award by stating that it isn’t a real professional honor because the awards are given to those favored by the committee.

He mentioned that if Kanye West won over him, he would get it, as Kanye has a big following and a strong impact on the music scene.

Eminem said that the Grammy Awards nominate artists like him and other famous musicians just to boost their popularity, while giving the award to less well-known people.

In his frustration, Eminem told the Grammys not to invite or nominate him again, stating that his answer would be “No” for the next 100 million years.

In his words; “That vote is fake as fvck, that is not a real vote, they give it to who they want to give it to. If I lose to fvcking kanye or someone that I’m like okay, I respect that I know who that is, and Kanye has a huge following, he made a massive impact on music, but don’t fvcking get us all here to use your selling point for your fvking show and stiff everybody every single fvking time.

Don’t ever ask me to fvcking come here again, please do not ask me, my answer is No, for 100 million years. Never again will I fvcking go to the Grammy.”
