Some students of Yaba College of Technology, YABATECH, Lagos were recently given a punishment by their lecturer.
The lecturer brought back a nostalgic feeling as he told them to ‘pick pin’ while in class.
Picking of pin is a punishment that is usually given in many Nigerian secondary schools, and it involves someone bending over as if they want to pick a pin with their fingers and staying in that position for hours.
video making rounds online shows the moment they were serving their punishment much to the annoyance of their coursemates.
The reason for making them serve such punishment was however not disclosed.
