Nigerians visited the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State to collect (PVC) Permanent Voters Card, but were met with a bottleneck.
INEC officials reportedly said that there was no machine available for the production of the PVCs.
The eligible voters expressed displeasure at the revelation and it resorted to a mild protest at the office.
A video from he scene which occurred on Wednesday has gone viral on microblogging site, Twitter.
An eyewitness shared the clip with the caption; ”This is happening in Amuwo Odofin, affording to INEC there’s no machine to get our PVC done. The government sure know what they’re doing. @inecnigeria”
