Trending: Moment NTA Presenter asked lead actress in Black Panther 2 ‘What is your name’? (Watch)

A video making the rounds online captures the moment Hollywood star, Letitia Wright was shocked when a presenter asked her an unexpected question.

Letitia, who plays Shuri, the lead character in Black Panther, was in Lagos over the weekend with other lead actor for the premiere of the sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

During the red carpet interviews, an NTA presenter asked Letitia questions about the movie and expectations but when she was done, she asked the actress what her name is.

Stunned by the question, Letitia repeated the question to the presenter and then proceeded to mention her name emphatically.

Mixed reactions trailed the video after it surfaced on the internet.

In reaction, @SavvyRinu wrote; Isn’t it better than tagging her as Chadwick Boseman?💀

@illyAderemi; Not really. A journo establishment like NTA should do their research. She is popular. To be safe, if you don’t know her name, then don’t ask.

@walking_spageti; I wouldn’t be surprised if they still didn’t hear her and put “Black Panther Junior Sister” in 7pm news 😭

@M4V3_; Abeg make she use her mouth talk her name before them go tag her as “Oprah Winfrey”

@4eyedmonk; She might know her name. But do the people in the audience watching know her name?

@Bishop_kanny; This is not it. A journalist that left her office to go interview someone should at best know the interviewee’s name.

@EzraelAni; “What’s your name again?” I see nothing wrong with that question tho. It’s not like the journalist doesn’t know her name, she just wanted to hear her say it

@AmeyawDebrah; There may be nothing wrong, just a case of sending the wrong person for the assignment 😆 at least she could have used google later when filling the final report.
