Crystal Palace could see as many as 10 players leave at the end of the current season as they near the end of their contracts.
Coach Roy Hodgson recently revealed negotiations were ongoing to renew contracts of a number of players, even though some players have voiced their concerns over the situation.
In an interview on Wednesday, Andros Townsend, one of the players whose contracts is due to run out this summer revealed the club is yet to make a decision on their futures.
“We’ve been told as players that they’re going to make a decision on our futures towards the end of the season,” he told talkSPORT.
“We’re gonna have to keep doing what we’re doing and yeah that’s it basically. We’re contracted until July 1 so until then we’ll give everything for the cause.
“It’s difficult but unfortunately it is the times that we’re living in. We’re living in an era where clubs have obviously lost a lot of money from a lack of fans over the last 12 months.
In addition to Townsend, here are the other players whose contracts are running out this summer.
- Christian Benteke
- Michy Batshuayi
- Patrick van Aanholt
- Gary Cahill
- James McArthur
