West Ham United midfielder Jesse Lingard is the most in-form player in the Premier League currently with the stats there to prove so.
After his performances against Wolves last week, Lingard bagged a brace as the Hammers hosted Leicester City on Sunday at the London Stadium.
His goal to open the scoring was his seventh since joining the club on loan from Manchester United and went to add another as West Ham emerged 3-2 winners over Leicester City.
The goals meant that the English international has now scored in four consecutive games; the first time such an outing is happening in his career. In total, Lingard has eight goals in nine games for the Hammers with no player having scored more since he joined the Hammers.
The eight goals mean that the England international has equaled his personal best in a Premier League season.
