A Twitter user took to the platform to opine that Nigerian singing sensation, Simi has written a lot of hit songs for her husband — a comment that got the songstress exasperated and had her issuing a warning.
The Twitter user wrote in a tweet, “Simi don write hits for Adekunle Gold taya.” and upon seeing the tweet, Simi quoted it defending her husband and asking people to stop discrediting him.
Coming to her husband and father of her child’s defence, Simi wrote,
“False. Y’all need to stop discrediting my man ok?!? He put(s) the work in and he’s an awesome, awesome, awesome writer.”
