The official Instagram account of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), has been deleted from the video-sharing platform.
A check on the anti-graft agencies page, EFCC Nigeria (@officialefcc) shows that it has been deactivated.
It was gathered that the page was taken down on Friday night, October 28th, but before the deactivation, the page had over 653k followers.

Nigerians took to social media to react to the news as many wondered what could have caused Instagram to take down the page.
