Police flee after reportedly opening fire on corp member’s car in Ibadan

Police officers attached to the Anti-crime patrol of the Oyo state police command on Thursday, allegedly shot at a vehicle belonging to a serving member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC.

According to eye witness report, the incident happened in Ibadan and the police officers involved abandoned their patrol cars at the scene.

An eye witness, Mide, who shared the encounter on Twitter shared photos of the corp member’s car and the police car as well as patrol van left behind by the security personnel.

Heard they are attached to the Orita challenge police station.

The corp member is fine he was just shaken
