American basketball player, LeBron Raymone James, has demolished the $37 million mansion that he bought in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles so that he could build a new home in its place.
According to The Sun, James already acquired permits to build a home on the expansive property.

The four-time NBA champion bought the mansion in September of 2020 for $2million less than the $39million asking price back.
It was gathered that in the 1930s, the four-bedroom compound spanned across a 2.5-acre land with a view of both Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

The mansion came with eight bathrooms, two detached guesthouses, seven fireplaces, a tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house.
A hedged-lined driveway led to a large motor court approaching the Mediterranean-style abode.
LeBron also owns two more homes worth more than $20 million, both of which are located in Brentwood.
