Award winning Nigerian actor, Jim Iyke has expressed sadness over the passing of his colleague, Pope Obumneme Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope.
Junior Pope reportdly died after being involved in a boat mishap on the Anam River in Anambra state on Wednesday while returning from a film location.
Taking to Instagram to grieve over the father of three on Thursday, Jim Iyke said he is no stranger to devastating loss but “this one is a different pain”.

The famous Nollywood ‘bad boy’ as he is fondly called, added that he can’t question God but his heart is so heavy with so many questions.
Jim Iyke wrote: “Dear God, I am not stranger to devastating loss. I will not dare question your will but my heart is so heavy with so many questions. Words fail me.
“To the giver and taker of life, I surrender but this one is a different pain. A different loss. Broken in ways I don’t even understand. Rest with God JP. Rest my dear brother.”
