Top notch Northern Nigeria Rock Band, Chapter5 Music bounces back on the music scene With a Potential Hit single titled “Tsarguwa(Paranoia Cover)”
We are Chapter5 Music Rock Band based in Jos Nigeria.
This is our 4th and Newest Single which we’re super excited to share with you all.
The original song was done by a Band called “A day to remember”. The song titled “Paranoia” talks about the mental disorder characterized by a tendency on the part of an individual or group toward excessive or irrational suspiciousness and distrustfulness of others.
After listening to the song with the band we kinda brought it down to a level we all can relate to.
That’s where the inspiration to the song came from the popular Hausa chorus “Baza Mu taba iya ba sai tare da Yesu”.
So we decided to do a cover of the original song and Title it “Tsarguwa” which is “Paranoia” in Hausa and means “Tinanin cewa mutane basa kaunar ka, ko suna zagin ka alhaki kuwa ba gaskiya bane”
There’s a point we reach in our lives that when we get hurt so many times, we tend to curl up in to our shells and form a resistance so as not to be hurt again.
We shut out people who are genuine because of past experiences.
Rather than being paranoid and shutting down, why don’t we just depend on the solid Rock himself, a strong foundation that never fails(JESUS). “Don shi ne mai ceton mu”!
The song addresses our insecurities of not being good enough, thoughts of people out to get you, fear of the unknown in general and as band we’ve been let down many times with this experiences it causes one to be Paranoid to an extent. And the only answer to any challenge you face is Jesus. No matter what you face or what you go through Jesus Loves you regardless and how he feels about you never changes.

Which says “He will never leave us nor forsake us”!
