Veteran Nigerian actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo has taken to social media to challenge people spreading rumours of his demise on the internet.
In video he posted on his Instagram page, the Nollywood legend placed a curse on anyone who announced his death, and said that the same fate will befall them in 7 days.
”You will not live past the next seven days”, he said.
He questioned the absurd idea behind trolls printing obituaries and tagging him to the photos of him with an ”RIP” caption.
Kanayo wondered why some people have formed the habit of wishing misfortune upon actors and entertainers, failing to realise that they have a life and family.
Sharing the video he wrote; ”You think because you have access to the social media, you can publish ANYTHING. Adieu to you”
