Nigerian dancehall singer, Timaya has penned some words of advice to his colleagues in the industry on the need to appreciate each other.
He said it is okay for entertainers to celebrate an artiste that is doing well irrespective of whether he or she is soaring higher than them.
Timaya’s advise comes at a time that Davido achieved an amazing feat of being featured on 2022 FIFA World Cup Soundtrack, yet there were no congratulatory messages from his colleagues on social media.
”I’m honored to be featured on the Official @FIFAWorldCup 2022 Soundtrack ! See y’all later 2NITE ! This one is for Africa ! TULE!!!! 🤞🏾❤️ WE RISE !” Davido had written in a tweet.
Taking to his Twitter account, the ”Dem Mama” crooner noted that entertainment is the only industry where they are winning.
He wrote; ”This is the only industry we’re Winning, it’s Okay to Celebrate Everybody killin it ⚡️🥶🇳🇬⚡️”
