Nigerian music star and label executive, David Adeleke known professionally as Davido, has gone down reminisced on the early stages of his music career as a rapper.
The artiste revealed that he was part of a 4-man group and all of them were up and coming rappers during their time in school.
Davido appeared on a recent episode of ‘Bittersweet’, on BeatFM London 103.6 FM, where he reflected on his musical career.

He also revealed that whenever he bumps into the other three former members of his crew, they become nostalgic.
On how his life as a rapper was, he said; “It was funny but I was so small then. We were like four in the crew (Annie, Anico, Tobi and Emeka).
“I think I will say I was not the best in academics but I feel like they believed, because I really loved music. lf there was anything they believed was that I was serious, we used to record music, we were like a group.
So we were rappers, we did a talent show and won and I took it seriously. Any time they see me they would be like eh!!! It happened… It’s great to see! It’s a good feeling like when someone that knew you when you were just like nobody.”
