Ace Nigerian music video director, Clarence Peters, has revealed that he cried when Afrobeats and Dancehall singer, Burna Boy won a Grammy award.
He made the disclosure while speaking on Pulse Podcast Network, adding that the historic moment made him nostalgic and happy.
Burna Born, born Damini Ogulu won Best Global Music Album award for ‘Twice as Tall’ during the 2021 Grammys.
Clarence said that while watching the ‘Dangote’ crooner being announced as a winner made him flashback to the time of ace broadcasters, Kenny Ogungbe, Dayo D1 Adeneye.
He also revealed that Kenny Ogungbe was the first person he called after hearing the news, but he did not pick.
