Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has reflected on his decision to become a fulltime music producer, before making he switch to an artiste.
He revealed that he dropped out of the University after running a degree programme for just half a year.
According to Omah Lay, it was a hard choice to make because at the time, he was struggling to get money for his tuition and also learning music production.
The ‘Understand’ singer who spoke in an interview with Deutsche Welle, said he had the desire to return to school but when he went deep into making beats things changed.
Omah also said that there was a time he felt that dropping out of school was the wrong choice but things started working out.
