Some students of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University formerly Anambra State University, have protested over the alleged destruction of a student’s phone by a lecturer.
It was gathered that the young man was using his iPhone 11 Pro Max to browse while the lecturer in the department of Philosophy was teaching.
The lecturer is alleged to have seized the expensive phone and smashed it in class.
His action triggered an uproar as students stormed the administrative block in protest. A clip posted on social media shows the angry students expressing displeasure on behalf of their affected colleague.
