Government TVs hacked as video of Trump kissing Elon Musk’s feet plays on repeat (video)

Trump kissing Elon Musk's feet

Employees at the Department of Housing and Urban Development cafeteria were shocked on Monday, Feb. 24, when a strange video of President Donald Trump played on the television screens.

The video featured the words “Long Live the Real King” in front of AI-generated footage of President Trump kissing Elon Musk’s feet.

Footage of the video playing on the cafeteria screens was shared by a HUD source with Vox reporter Rachel Cohen who posted it on social media.

It is unclear how the footage ended up on cafeteria television screens, but a spokesperson for HUD promised to hold anyone within the agency accountable.

“Another waste of taxpayer dollars and resources. Appropriate action will be taken for all involved,” HUD spokesperson Kasey Lovett told DailyMail.com.

Musk is a special adviser to the president and spearheading the Trump administration’s DOGE program to make government more efficient.

Government workers are increasingly angered by Musk’s efforts to reduce employees, especially after the X owner who is also an adviser to the president asked government employees to inform him of what they had accomplished in the past week.

An email with the subject line “What did you do last week?” triggered the anger of federal employees after it demanded they reply with “approx. 5 bullets of what you accomplished last week and CC your manager.”

Musk threatened in an X post that failure to comply with the email’s instructions would be “taken as a resignation” from the employee in question.

The deadline for response was the end of Monday, Feb. 24.

Musk’s actions with federal government employees have sparked the anger, with workers protesting that he is acting as an unelected dictator.

They are demanding that Trump fire the billionaire founder.

President Trump reemphasized his support for Musk’s efforts to root out waste, fraud and abuse.

Speaking in the Oval Office on Monday, Trump said he thought the email sent out to federal workers was “great”.
