Big Brother Naija 2022 star, Hermes Iyele has said that being a celebrity does not preclude him from being harassed by the Nigeria police.
He shared a video online which showed his team and car being searched by police officers that stopped them on the road.
According to Hermes, they were on their way to a brand engagement when the officers profiled them due to their appearance and flagged down the car at a checkpoint.
He was with two other young men in the car, one of which was his manager who has dreadlocks.
Interestingly, Hermes took the incident lightly as he made the video a playful one in a bid to douse the tension.
