Nigerian music legend, Innocent Idibia also known as Tubaba has reacted to the senate’s move to impeach President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Senate minority caucus on Wednesday, called for the impeachment of Buhari and gave a six weeks ultimatum for him to address the alarming rise in insecurity.
But Tubaba said that the president is not meant to receive the blame for every insecurity or economic challenge because there are other public office holders who are not doing their jobs.
Tubaba noted how it is wrong for everybody to point accusing fingers at Buhari despite the fact that there are state governors, lawmakers and security chiefs, who are ineffective.
He said everyone is hiding behind the convenient space that affords them the chance to tackle Buhari for every problem the country is facing.
