Gunmen have k!lled a 30-year-old man, Fwangshak Lesun, in Daika Community in Panyam District, Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.
It was gathered that Lesun was shot and killed near the Mangu-Daika bridge, just after the cottage hospital on Sunday night, November 3, 2024.
One of the residents, Mr. Christopher Luka, confirmed the incident to punch on Tuesday.
“It was approximately 8:30 pm on Sunday. The young man was just returning to the village but he was ambushed by armed men who shot at him. He d!ed immediately afterwards. The community came together to lay Lesun to rest in Daika on Monday morning. That is the situation now,” he said.
