Cesc Fabregas names his toughest manager, player, most underrated Chelsea star

Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, has named his toughest manager, player and most underrated Blues star.

According to Fabregas, Former Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte is the toughest coach he played under, while Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard is the toughest player he played against during his time at Arsenal and Andreas Christensen is Chelsea’s most underrated player.

Fabregas, who currently plays for Monaco in the French Ligue 1, stated this on Thursday during a Q&A on Twitter where he answered fans’ questions on a wide range of subjects.

The 34-year-old made his professional debut 18 years ago and posted a message on his social media to mark the occasion.

Cesc Fabregas labelled Antonio Conte the toughest coach he played under as the Spaniard answered questions on Twitter about a range of topics.

When asked who the toughest coach he played under, Fabregas said, “Antonio Conte”. and for the toughest player he played against while at Arsenal, he said: “Steven Gerrard.”

Fabregas, who was teammates with Christensen at Chelsea, also lavished praise on the centre-back.

The Spaniard wrote: “What a player. Very underrated. He’s very shy and doesn’t make too much noise because he hardly makes mistakes.”

Fabregas was at Chelsea during Conte’s two-year spell at the club where they won the Premier League and FA Cup together.
